The Shrimp Boat Restaurant Banquet Facilities hosts 2 private banquet rooms. Both are located upstairs above the restaurant and each has separate elevator access.

The Palmetto Room is located at the east end of the building and has a beautiful open view overlooking the restaurant.  The Palmetto Room seats approximately150 based on function type. Factors such as open bar, entertainment, dance floor and  food stations will play a factor in how many people we can accommodate comfortably. 

The second room is the Magnolia Room which is located at the West end of the building and has a beautiful panoramic view of St. Andrews Bay and Smith Yacht Basin.  The Magnolia Room seats approximately 120 based on function type and factors listed above.

The Magnolia Room also features an open veranda overlooking St. Andrews Bay and Smith Yacht Basin.  The Veranda is additional space available for entertainment, dancing, cocktails or bar station.

Events with live entertainment or a DJ must be held in the Magnolia Room.

The Shrimp Boat reserves the right to change any locations if there is an increase or decrease in the estimated attendance number or a change in program.

Both banquet rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the Veranda of the Magnolia Room.

The Special Events Coordinator will work with you to determine which room best suites your special event to insure the best overall experience for your guests.
